Refund policy
Who can return items
Precision Raceworks, LLC only processes returns for customers who purchased directly from PrecisionRaceworks.com. If you bought from another retailer, please contact that retailer for return assistance.
Return eligibility
Returns for exchange or refund are accepted on new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date. Merchandise must be free of installation or mounting damage to qualify as "new." Installing or modifying a part in any way voids your right to a return, refund, or exchange.
How to start a return
All returns are handled through our self-serve return portal — no need to email us for authorization.
- Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email to look up your order.
- Select the item(s) you're returning and follow the prompts to complete your return
- Ship your item back within 14 days of filing your return.
Returns will not be processed without an RMA generated through the portal, and having an RMA does not guarantee a refund or exchange, all returned items are inspected on arrival to confirm eligibility. If you run into any trouble in the portal, contact support@PrecisionRaceworks.com.
Shipping details
- Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
- Keep your shipping and tracking information until the return is complete. Precision Raceworks is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Shipping charges, additional insurance, and international duties/taxes are non-refundable.
- Include a copy of your original invoice and your contact information with the returned item.
Refunds and fees
Eligible returns are refunded or exchanged minus any applicable restocking fee (up to 25%). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Checkout+ (Return Coverage & Package Protection)
At checkout, customers can add Checkout+, which bundles Return Coverage and Package Protection together:
- Return Coverage helps offset return shipping costs and streamlines processing for eligible returns started through the return portal.
- Package Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something happens to your shipment, file a claim through the return portal and we'll make it right.
Checkout+ is purchased at the time of your original order and is non-refundable, even if unused.
Order cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship. Email sales@PrecisionRaceworks.com right away to request cancellation; your refund will be issued once the cancellation is confirmed.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and instead follow the standard return/exchange process above.
- Special orders and customized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Before you install
It's the customer's or installer's responsibility to confirm correct size and application before installing any part.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and does not affect, the returns and warranty terms above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit your request through our EU withdrawal portal within the 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawal, and no restocking fee will be applied to withdrawal requests submitted within this window.
Once your withdrawal is confirmed, please return the item within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and the item should be returned unused and in its original condition where possible. We will refund your payment, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders or customized items, consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU exemptions for goods made to consumer specifications.
