for return, exchange, or warranty

 

Precision Raceworks, LLC will only handle returns for the direct purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than PrecisionRaceworks.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

Canceling an order that has not been shipped

Do not fill out this form, all purchases (excluding products made custom at your request) may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships. Please contact Precision Raceworks, LLC immediately at sales@PrecisionRaceworks.com to stop the processing of an order. Once cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued.


New Product Return

Returns on ‘new’ merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. ‘New’ merchandise cannot be used or show signs of damage from installation or mounting. If you install, modify, alter parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges. Returns meeting these requirements are not subject to restocking, should any damages be found or components missing product will be considered used.

 

Used/Damaged/Installed products

All used or products showing wear or damage that are approved for return or exchange and are within the 30-day return period are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. This fee is determined based on the condition of the product components being returned.  If you install, modify, alter parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges. 

 

Mailing Return/Warranty/Exchange

Upon our approval of this request, you will be assigned and emailed an RMA number authorizing return. All returns must be accompanied with a ‘return merchandise authorization’ (RMA) pre-filled form provided to you in this email. Additionally, the RMA number should be written on the outside of the box on or near the shipping label.

 

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date an RMA is provided to you. An RMA does not guarantee a refund, exchange, or replacement. All returns will be inspected upon return to Precision Raceworks, LLC for eligibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers and shipping will not be refunded.

 

Precision Raceworks, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment, so we encourage shipping insurance and proper packaging.

 

Refund Payment Method

Refunds will be issued back using the original payment method when possible. In the event it is not possible to refund to original payment method or at the discretion of Precision Raceworks LLC. a check maybe issued.
