E9x/E8x Relocated Inlet Kit

I had this kit installed by a shop but I had to follow up on the installation by taking a nail clipper to the PCV heater since the return hose to the inlet would not stretch over it properly.

If you thought the silicone upgraded inlets were difficult to install... lol these somehow managed to be far worse. The rear comes in at an angle and no amount of force will allow proper fitment, you have to cut the opening at an angle to be able to jam it on and impact the hose clamp on. The front should be no problem right? Lmao, wrong. These were clearly designed around OEM outlets and interfere with upgraded outlets. Literally had to use a ratchet strap to get it in place and tighten the clamp. Luckily I was at the shop and on a lift with the subframe dropped. No way I'd attempt to install these in the driveway like I did the silicone stock location inlets.

Great product, the power difference is one you can definitely feel

The quality of the package is without match, the parts are superb and it really comes with everything you need to install them which was an awesome surprise. You will get more turbo noises than with stock location inlets, the intakes, even at the very beggining, are bigger than other companies and the instructions, although lacking in a few pictures, are very easy to follow and understand as you are installing.

Yet I can only give 4 stars for something that 99% of the people will not have a problem with, the PPK2 or 335is aux radiator. The moment you have said radiator/package and you add this inlets the suggested location with the OEM tank becomes a massive pain as you will have chargepipe, coolant, upper radiator hose, heater and the very top of the auxiliary radiator where the bottom part of the OEM tank is meant to go. This means problems fitting the hose that goes to termostat, coolant level sensor and a lot of creativity to solve it. If you dont have said extra radiator this is pretty much the very best kit you can go that you can purchase all in one go.

I had this inlets in my car. Great quality and fitment. I love the option that I can have 2 inches inlets on my stock turbos that I can still use in the future if I’d to upgrade to a bigger twins without the fear of them snapping of the turbos like I heard other inlets does. The kit has everything you need to relocate everything and the team will walk you thru anything and be patient with you until you get everything right. Highly recommend!!
